Busy week while eb's been down :lol:


Dropped the engine the other day to sort out the leak that developed at Stanford

Only a bit of oil :lol:

Stripped it down apparently got the wrong seals on for a sp

All put back together,

Ended up changing cooler seals, and while it was out giving it a service, set the tappets,took carb off gave it a clean, re shimmed fan belt, new rocker gaskets, new plugs, gave it once over to see if any things loose,

Just waiting on a new crankcase seal, also going to change the fuel lines and fit a filter above the gearbox, and also the bits of rubber hose on the fuel tank breather fell to bits when I touched them :? So ordered some hose for them Too


Then whilst it was out, time to put the firetec in :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Had a couple more hours this afternoon on it

Why does 1 job turn into 26 :lol:


New fuel hoses clips and filter above the gearbox :mrgreen:

Crankcase seal changed :mrgreen:

Flywheel cleaned up and new o ring

All back together

Next time I must get the tin wear painted :msn4:

Definately, now your back from Malta and the bus is ready time to get some miles done this summer 8) were doing a scooter and dub day this coming Saturday from Hucknall to Newstead abbey 8) should be good day 8) then it's dubdayz on 12/13 July only 1 junction up the m1 for you dude at MFN will be a good weekend :mrgreen:

Had my new curtains made this week by my mates mum 8) full black out lined and also had neodymium magnets sewn into the hems to keep them closed and tight at the bottom

Also had magnets in the tie backs 8)

First they send a spec lift, err that wont do it..... And it didn't, as soon as he lifted the front the rear touched the floor..

Then had to wait for this one ,

Time to get started on that new engine :?
