i ordered from proud to pop 2 weeks ago, there was a 2 week waiting list... phoned tonight 2 week eta

Had a look on pround to pop the other day, they have some cool fabrics. Oh and I can do full kit of tracking including all hooks, gliders, end stop's & screw plus postage for £80, this includes around the cab.

still waiting. 8 weeks and counting. not very happy, they have so far managed to deliver the wrong poptop twice.

each time i seem to go to the back of the queue. they are blaming their suppl, iers, but surely if the suppliers have cocked up twice i should be at the front of the queue.

they seem to be nice people, but i cannot currently recommend them.

How did you get on with proud to pop? did you get the right one in the end and did it fit ok?

I spoke to 'proud to pop' this morning regarding collecting one at dubfreeze. Very helpfull over the phone, basically any pattern or colour is possible to produce.I'm having exactly the same as OG,apparently they use the same material & manufacturing process as Dormobile presently do. Dormy bellows cost £285 fitting if required is £250. I will collecting mine at Dubfreeze, but it won't be fitted for a few months - will post my thoughts however.

thats reassuring. let me know what the quality, and service is like after you collect then please rob 8)

just found this old thread, sorry for the delay. yes it was a good fit, and all was good.

they never actually delivered the correct one, they delivered the wrong pattern 3 times. i settled for a discount. after it had been on a few weeks the pattern rubbed off where the fibreglass top rubs the bellows. not a lot but seeing as the originals were 37 years old and hadn't rubbed it is worth noting.
