I have removed my OG suspension dampers as they are gone, no return on them at all. Now these have a bushing and rubber on the ends and the new ones I have ( gas Ajust) don't, they come with spacers.

Am I correct in thinking that the spacers are for use on top and bottom to get the damper straight and that the new ones don't need rubber ends.

I'm sorry not sure what you mean, but I just got the same and they bolt right on.
They were identical to the ones I've taken off.

hope this helps.

Sorry I just read my post again and it doesn't make much sense!
Basically the original dampers I removed had rubber inserts where the bolts go through and the new ones don't. This make the originals wider at this point, so is this why there are spacers supplied with new ones?

Ok cheers for that jonboy, I assume my dampers had gone as any bump especially speed bumps the bus is all over the place
