Evening all, thought I would say hello and introduce myself.

Been a guest on here for years, spending more time on volkszone, but as I'm on the look out for an early bay, where better to be!!! Had a few dubs in the past, a 79 tin top Danbury, a 72 pop top Danbury, a 74 karmann cabriolet, a 67 splitty panel and now have a 89 mk1 golf GTi cabby :shock: which is up for sale to part fund another bus. And as we now have two wee ones and a third on the way :roll: I'm looking for a microbus to fit us all in 8)

Great site by the way, full of sweet rides. Can't wait to be rollin in a bus.

New to the site... new to the bay's.

A basic noob learning by braille about everything (every blind nut finds a squirrel kind of thing) I am having a crispy 72 panel delivered this weekend. Smells like burnt toast. The story is the bus was restored with tons of new parts etc (brakes, tires, shocks, custom paint and pinstriping...) then it suffered a fire. PO fixed wiring and replaced tail lights etc... then a few months later motor took a dump. Fast forward, it will have a new home and a new life soon. It will have to share a room with it's older little brother (67 Volksrod in progress)

Hey there,

Ian here, Im new to this site and also new to vw campers and im not 100% sure what im looking for as of yet, im looking at anything really, ideal camper would be pop roof bay window and loads of space, don't mind colour age etc looking for decent condition but also looking for project as well. I don't have alot of money being young so im looking around the 10K mark at the very most at the moment anyone with any ideas maybe you know some one or your selling your, i would really appreciated chatting to you and possibly potential buyer i look forward to hearing from you.
