If they don't arrive by the date you think they should, what action
Will you take?
As I paid for them in MAY I would have thought I should have them
by now? I think it would be fair for you to refund me, I will gladly return
them to you or pay for them if they ever arrive.

I always send everything Ive ever sold regardless of value 'Recorded' Post. (After 1 mishap on ebay that cost me big time!)
May cost a little more but that way it can be tracked to the door and saves all this Bull$hit! (Piece of mind. )

Still waiting for my delivery as you know and it's been over 2 months since I paid. You did not make it clear in your advert that delivery could take this long.

I'm sure you are not ripping people off, but you are misleading people by taking their money and then hoping the deliveries turn up after 3-4 months.

I've bought some hubcaps off Lee and after a long wait they did arrive. I don't think he's out to rip anyone off however your communication could be better. Keep people informed and it will keep them reassured. I did also comment that as a trader you needed to find a faster method to transport goods to the UK. That seems to have gone on deaf ears.
