repair panel - with pics !

Hi all

Anyone know if you can get a repair panel at the rear of the cargofloor
where it slopes down in front of teh fuel tank. Mine's rotted out near the
join where the two hot air ducts come through for the rear passengers.

Looked at Schofields VWH etc.. but nothing obvious.

I don't believe there's a panel available you need a cut off another van or just patch with steel sheet..

I managed to get a cut i saw for £15

As said, no one offers that panel yet.

...while doing this, I altered the back of the floor so it doesn't have that little ledge anymore where the water sits and rots it out.

How big of a piece do you need? I have an offcut from where the bit above the fuel sender on my van was repaired

@moler - nice job, indeed that lip is crazy the perfect crap trap. Almost as good as the
rear arch belt mounts.

@George - thanks will take a picture later so you can see teh extent of teh damage !

Basically it's rotten from the vent to the wheel arch on both sides, up to 3"
high.

Sorry mate, missed this thread (couldn't for the life of me remember the title!)...

After a quick glance in my van, I'm fairly certain the cut I have won't fit. The ridge pattern on the bit you need doesn't match the bit at the rear hatch. Also mine doesn't have the curved bulges over the vents
