Sealed headlight

So bus due in for MOT on Tuesday, headlight not working, took it out to fit new bulb, not happening, as it's a sealed unit! So do I need a new set of lights or can I just get a replacement sealed beam? Bus is a US import left hand drive. Headlights are held on bus with three screws and there are two adjusting screws. Then the surround is held on with single screw.

You can buy two universal 7" h4 units for about £25.
They will fit into the old housings.

I bought Cibie H4 ones from Larkspeed but there about 3 times the price, although there supposed to be some of the best H4 unitsm
