Sliding door lock barrel

I need just the lock barrel bit for the sliding door handle, with end bit still on.

Also can anyone tel me if anything special goes in the little hole.

I also need the sliding door bracket bit holds the 2 hock bits and the guide, for a left hand slider we have a rhd bus
