Spare wheel bracket (internal)

Should there be a bracket/clamp that keeps the spare wheel steady? if so, could someone post a picture please?

There are three threaded holes in the left rear corner of the bus and you should have two rubber blocks that screw into the two outer holes, and a bent threaded bar with a large bar to secure the spare wheel that screws into the centre one.

I made a bent threaded rod and bar for mine but I was unaware of the rubber blocks.
