we have just started using DPD as our prefered carrier, but keep getting problems with booking parcels out and printing labels, our rep says "no-one else has this problem", but our despatch manager in a conversation with there pickup driver says "yeah everyone seems to have a printer problem"
Question is do any of you guys currently use DPD at work and if so what do you find processing/printing etc.
