As it states in the heading. I have read somewhere that to remove this I can remove HT lead and crank the engine to blow it out. Can anyone confirm this please? Cheers.

Have you removed the screw and spring already and it did not fall? Cranking the engine might shoot the piston down and make a huge mess
I use an M12 tap to grab them and with a little twist they normally come out

Cheers. I have removed the screw and spring and had a good wiggle but it is well stuck. I will get an m12 this weekend. Cheers
