We had our first catering event at SkegVegas this weekend and I wanted to say thanks to all of you who came over to say hello and show some support/encouragement. We met a lot of good people and had some excellent feedback so it was a positive start, just a shame Saturday had such a bad forecast which put a lot of people off.

Anyway we hope to see you all again soon and hopefully some new faces as well :)

A very tired Adam & Hannah

You did amazingly well, looked so busy when we dropped by for our lunch, and the Pop Top Kitchen itself is very cute! :)

Namechecked in the first blog for our new pre-launch camper hire business in fact

(sorry about the shameless plug... we're hoping to go live with the site soon and taking bookings from Q4 2013 for the 2014 season ;) )

Nice work Adam and Hannah. Great food from 2 of the nicest people around. Hope you had a good weekend.

Glad it went well - soz I didn't make it due to other commitments :(
Hope to see you at the York bash :)

Yep good to see you both on all 3 days   , wraps were great for Sunday lunch. Keep up the good work.

Thanks :) Don't worry about the shameless plug I've been doing it for the puck for a while now  Good luck with the business and thanks for the name check!

Cheers Mike, looking forward to Field of Dreams now. We'll be putting up a breakfast give away again so keep an eye out for it.

Nice to meet you, fish buttys were lovely.

Glad to hear it :) We had a lot of good feedback about them and a lot of people recommending them to friends which is always pleasing. Not sure if we'll have them at other shows yet though, bit of a pain to cook quickly unless we can sort out a fryer. We put it on for a bit of a seaside theme :)

coffee was bang on and the right price :D

Good stuff :D I wanted to get decent coffee (for an instant anyway!) I hate cheap coffee and Hannah hates cheap tea so we wanted it to be right.

8) nice to meet you guys, and it was a shame about the weather on Saturday :(

Onwards and upwards

And you mate, I think we can only improve as we learn more. Hopefully got off to a good start though!

 Glad you enjoyed them. I think you were right about the handbrake cable as well so I'll be tweaking that before next week.

Thanks again everyone, if I stare blankly at some of you at other shows please don't be offended. We met so many new people this week and it was all a bit of a blur!

Thanks for the great buttys! Wife and the kids plus the dog enjoyed them. (one of the kids dropped a sausage so the dog had it  )

Also thanks for the loan of the big socket and bar! You saved us being towed away

Hope it all goes well and hope to see you at a few shows in the future!

Glad to help mate, you were lucky I did the same job a couple of weeks earlier as I don't normally keep that socket in the van. Glad you made it home :)
