Big thanks go out to Dave aka Whirligig aka 67panel for bailing me out of the *****.

I finally fired up the van checked the thermostat and flaps were working correctly and took it for a drive all of 3 miles (it looked like rain :lol: :lol: ).
All sounded quiet and pulled ok through the gears,even reached 60mph :)

When i get more time i shall take it for a good drive to make sure all is well,but,for the meantime all is well 8)

info for any one with the same prob use a 10mm stud from a single port and tap out to 14 mm and fit case saver,the thread in case is 12mm just the correct size for a 14mm tap .

But you shouldn't have to be fixing everyone else's broken ****.... But happy for Sharky you are!!!!
