Track rod removal

You'd think this was easy both nuts off,Tapped with my trusty BFH(big F**king hammer) it won't budge any ideas cheers Shaggy

Don't hit the track rod end thread, give the spindle/steering idler a tap to shock the track rod end out.

thanks I will give it another go,I loosened the nut to the end of the spindle to protect the threads then tapped it plus the sides but nothing did'nt budge.I only want to change the rubber bushes before the MOT.
