I used a translation site once when buying something from a foreign site and it was excellent but now can not remember who it was have tried google but wasn't great any other recommendations :D

Depends how accurate you need to be, but i normally just use google translate - its a bit literal at times but good enough to get he gist of things
 
Google Chrome does a pretty good job of automagically translating foreign sites for you, no fuss.
