Tyres....Whats max. size on rearside?

Hi...sorry 4 my bad english first.

I have a question. I would make some 15" steel rims for my 70s Westi.

Whats the largest size i could fit on the backside?
I thought about 6,5x15 deep 20...does it fit?

Maybe someone has some pics

it depends on tyres.
im running Fusch replica 5.5 with 205 65 15 tyres without any problems

Oooh, any pics? What repro fuches, MWS. SSP? I ask cos thats the kind of size i want on the back of mine, and i'll be running mws gas burners.

I have a set of 225's on the back of mine, no clearance issues. They are a +1 inch banded stock steel wheel.

I would build some 5,5 or 6x15 but i dont know whats max. offset!?
