OK, we are on for another EB line up at Volksworld! :msn4:

We are aiming for about 15 vans this year per day, weekenders get priority but we don't ever turn anyone away! Wrist bands will be given out on arrival and camping must be pre booked separately. The finer details will follow.

Well the plan was to tow the eriba down with us, camp in that & show the bus, but,,,,,, I went & sold the eriba !! :roll:

So how's it work for putting the bus in & out of the show area??
Or do we camp there??

The camping field is seperate, you just drive between the two each day. It's quiet in the morning so is easy enough.

We are offering camping passes at £20.00 per vehicle instead of the normal price of £23.00. Camping space is extremely limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. Please call us on 0208 726 8341 to book these passes. If your club members want to buy extra tickets at the show, they will need to visit http://www.volksworldshow.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.

1. All vehicles must be in their allocated club space by 9.30am at the latest, on both Saturday and Sunday. Access available from 8am.
2. Once your cars are in position on the club stand, they are required to stay in place for the entire duration of the show. You will be able to move them after the show has closed and all members of the general public are off the site. This is a health and safety requirement and it is imperative that we uphold this procedure – if there is a vehicle in your lineup that needs to leave early, they should not form part of the club stand.
3. Club display vehicle passes must be displayed at all times and wristbands must be worn throughout the show.
4. No dogs allowed on site.

PUBLIC OPENING TIMES: Saturday 29th March: 10am – 5pm
Sunday 30th March: 10am – 4.30pm

Book a hotel locally for the Friday night so we can get to the show nice and early , can't wait I should have my heater installed as well just in case we have a repeat of last years weather.

I can do the weekend if you want my bus there, should have alloys on it by then! Only thing that will stop me is rain, sunroof leaks like a sieve!

Whats the deal with tickets?any discount for displaying? I wont be camping, Esher is really local to me.
