Weber IDF top hat blanks

Does anybody know about blanking off the air bleed tubes next to the mixture screws on a Weber IDF?

The guy balancing the carbs made some blanks using some fuel hose.
I will get the guy who rolling roads it to put the proper blanks in place.

For reference, it is the ports next to the idle mixture.
Ignore the red ringed port, I pinched the pic from Samba.Com

Ah right. You can buy proper blanking bungs on eBay or any decent motor factor
