Westy experts needed - Bunks

I'm toying with the idea of buying a 1970 Westfalia. The one that i'm looking at only has a single bunk up top. Is it possible to have two bunks in the pop top or even convert it to a later style solid double 'bed'?

Yep, faux on here was selling excellent kits to make a full width pop top bed. I'm not sure if there are any more runs planned though

It is deffo possible - Jons kits are a reproduction of the og westy ones! I have an og one but have taken it out to give more headroom for us and save weight! They are rare but do come up ocasionally
