What's this bit off?

Hi all,
Just done the flasher mod on my 71 crossover..
It was a job I wasn't looking forward to as I was worried about knocking a wire off when I removed the fuse board, but luckily my bus appears to have been rewired as all the wires look new and the connections look solid.
Anyhow, Got it sorted, but this bit appears to have come off somewhere..anyone recognise it..

This is doing my head in..tried using tinypic & I can see the image..it even says 'success just to rub mg nose I it, but can't see how to get it onto my post???

It's a round black plastic button type cover about 20mm across with a raised bit in the centre?
Best description I can get..ni t sure if it's any use without a picture.
