just wonerd how many of us have vans that are moted and ready for the summer

Mines ready, well almost
Taxed,Motd and insured 8)
Went out for a drive in it yesterday cos i could n loved it.

It was on the road this morning.
Changed the indicator lense covers as they were odd and one looked like it had water in it.
Now I have no indicators and trying to fix it.

Joyous isn't it

Just got to replace the roof section and top of the B pillar over the driver's door and hopefully (fingers crossed), the rot bus will be a rolling resto. :D
Can't wait to get it back on the road. It won't be pretty, but who gives a shit.

forgot to add the minor resto bit to the poll  so major resto will have to be all restos  .

Minor resto going on at the moment (has been going on for last year or so though progress has rapidly increased lately due to a move into a double garage). Sorting all rear end - lower corners / engine lid seal upper lip / platform tray whilst engine and fuel tank are out then MOT specific stuff - outer sills / wheelarch closing panels and a few small bits of inner sills to get on the road for Vanwest then "rolling resto" after that followed by respray.

mines got tax,mot and insurance but is not on the road, been putting indicators back to the bottom of the front panel should be ready to paint next weekend and then only got to weld inner sill

Mines undergoing major 95% resto but hoping a couple of weeks til paint

Took the easy option, Or you could say saw sense!
Sold my van in Jan and bought a Californa one, otherwise no doubt would have been off the road for years

... Mine is technically road legal as it has current tax , mot and insurance .. but it aint going no where at the mo ..

.. pulled in for minor works ... currently has no front beam on, no steering box, no tubs, 1 dogleg off and cab floor out ...

.. shit .. it didn't seem that bad till i wrote it down!!
