Johnny that's the set up I have on my beetle which on a cold morning runs a treat ,doesn't cut out at junctions My bay manifold has the small as per your photo and also a larger pipe which runs up the van to the servo I think Larger outlet makes it impossible to fit the jacket. Cheers

Sorry Gents only just had time to confirm tyre info fronts 165/65/R15 81 T Rears 175/65/R15 88 H Picture below shows the wheel having some meat machined off as i had horse shoes fitted and it was a little tight ! tyres have 5mm clearance now hope it helps

Hi i drill 16mm with mag drill and then used a die grinder and angled the hole to help the cable a bit :D

HI mate got mine from Karman Connection rubbers a bit stiff but looks good you may have to glue it alittle otherwise it has a habit of popping off . marty
