Any idea of the compression ratio, what parts were used and new when built, is there a flywheel and pulley included, balanced?

All parts were new expect for the heads but they had done next to nothing and the case was used but in mint condition. Compression is 9:1 and the whole rotating assembly is balanced as 1. So it's clutch to pulley included. Motor is still in car if you wanna see/hear it run
