Dude did you cut the wood to size yourself?
Did you use 6mm?
and what sort of metal strip is that youve used between the wood edges?, if im seeing it right

cheers

Lee

Hi Lee , thanks for comments , I used 3mm Baltic Birch Ply , 6mm wont bend as well , I purchased a rough westy tin top headliner and all the metal hardware for £70 at a show a few years ago , it seems to be very hard to find now though :(
I used that as the template for my one , sold that on now though !

on an old late bay of mine we used 6mm and tried to make it from scratch it took all bloody day and a carpenter mate of mine- It just wasnt right which Is why I thought Id check what thickness.

My panel needs doing if nothing else, the rooflining has to be done.

cheers dude.

Any time G :) what are mates for. Not gonna lie, it was f*cking cold under there :?

Prior to the trip i though i would polish the old van , so i took off the roofrack lights bumpers etc and gave it a polish , clay bar etc
It looked great when i had finished , Unfortunately no one else would see it as weather was shit
