68 internal doorl bits

Hi all it's a question and want plz
Our 68 van has 69 /71 doors I have now got 68 doors ready to go on so I'm guessing all the gubbings will go straight in but I will be missing the pop up buttons does any one have any and am I right with all the other bits

Think stuff on inside is different

Door lock mechanisms, pull rods etc etc all different after August '69. Whether they'll fit or not I don't know.
