the van has been sat for about 2 weeks the sump nut is tight and so are the other 6 :? if its coming from the bolt just behind the sump plate what can be done with this

If the oil is running down at the front (gearbox end) middle of the engine it probably is the Flywheel Oil seal (engine out to fit a new one). Its best to trace where it is really coming from though. Try cleaning the oil of the bottom of the engine and then it may be clearer where its coming from, as you will see a fresh tickle when run.

As above. Clean it and identify precisely where its coming from - otherwise you will be trying to fix stuff thats not broken.

its not the flywheel oil seal the longer the van is standing the more it leaks

there is some magic oil additive on the market that can stop leaks like yours wont harm the engine some good reviews and some say it don't work but for a tenner its got to be worth a punt have used stuff in a transfer box on old disco it worked wynns do one and lucas oils do one

If it blocks leaks imagine what it does for the small oilways in the engine.....
If the case halves are leaking it's because the engine hasn't torqued up correctly or it's been levered open with a chisel at some point.
Sorry Rich.
