the EB lineup looks excellent 8)

shame about the weather we had a big mixed show over here saturday and sunday, a couple of nice dubs but mostly vintage stuff.

Its been 25-28oC all weekend and im burnt to a crisp. Teach me to wear a hat next time.

Think I've worked out why we lost on variety. All our buses were cool & looked awesome unlike the lates, hence no variety :lol: :lol: :lol:

Crikey when you look at it your right. We can't park for toffee. And that's why my bus wears rubber inserts because l simply can't park it.

But perhaps the variety thing was on buses that stand tall. I remember seeing only one early bay at original road height while we of the latebays (like are parking) were up and down and all over the place....hence why we won.....possibly??

I thought this but we had good variety in the height front, 4 stock height, 10 mild lowering and 9 pretty low :lol:

Lisa and I had a great weekend. It was great to put some faces with names.

Really great company Sorry we weren't on top form Our 3am start on Friday took it out of us.

There was such variety with the Earlybays, even if others didn't think so....they even had to get some Brazilian models to make the numbers up :lol:

We had a cruise back with Pete B and Warwick71, thanks for going slowly so that we could keep up

maybe that little slope you parked on to get the fronts down lower confused the judges :lol:

Just another proof of the fact that you would need to be insane to buy a late! :mrgreen:

(They really were quite mad.......too much LSD in the 60's I think :lol: )

As for the fixing of the judges, the late bay crew must have gone home very light of pocket. We won't see them at the next few shows while they save up to bribe the next lot of judges :lol:

How the fuck did we lose! :shock: maybe the shine off some of those front window visors blinded the judges or maybe it was the shear height of the buses, who knows it could have been the squareness of the bumpers that made the judge think they were better angled

Seriously tho,Glad everyone had a great time and it looked a great day, looking forward to more of the same and whipping the late bays into shape. :mrgreen:
