clutch upgrade

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone has tried a hydraulic concentric clutch release bearing conversion. can it be done? is there a bearing available with the same pcd of the bearing slider tube in the type 2 gearbox? I know there would be problems at the other end as well but they shouldn't be to hard.

Why would you wanna do that? The standard system works fine even with heavy race clutches. If you want a hydraulic system then use the kits that utilise the stock arrangement.



I know it’s a beetle box but kits are avaible for buses too.
