Building my engine very soon hopefully has anyone got a step by step guide or how to?
Or advice on what works and does not?
Where to get decent parts from also?
Many thanks.

http://www.dune-buggy.com/techtips/fullflow/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Not tried this myself though. This is gene berg method too, i believe.

http://www.huelsmann.us/bugman/FilterTech.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I'm not sure you need to plug all of them. You may as well pay someone to do it for you as the set of taps will cost £40 upwards.

Good luck

or use csp adaptor ,screws in oil relief valve ,just fit oil pump cover with take off and blank gallery from pump.

Have you done this? did you keep your stock oil cooler?
Interested as I was contemplating the same but unsure whether the stock oil cooler/seals will take the pressure during cold weather starts.

Hi Mate

I found this http://www.aircooledtech.com/engine_build/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to be a good read.
