HEAT EXCHANGERS

Can anybody help? I am just trying to get my heaters connected and working and have just fitted my new cables that i bourght and they both seem to be short. if i fitted yhe longer one at the short side it would work. but they both seem to be short by about 6".
Then for the exchangers, are they different for an early bay as my controls seem to be on the inside of the van yet my cables are on the outside if that makes any sence. please help i am lost with it. :? :? :?

if its a us bus then i dont think you can get correct cables,you have beetle heatexchangers post on here somewhere about moding levers .

yes your right it is a us bus but to make it worse i converted it to right hand drive :? :?

some xover 1700cc ones will be longer you might have to trim them.
