Heater Vents

Have these two heater vents under rear seat/bed, didnt know what they were until got to vanvest and all me nightlights had melted . If I were to blank these off would it increase the meagre flow of hot air to the cab area? If yes has anyone blanked these off before and how did they do it what did they use etc?

Weld a 52mm disc into the vent.

The vents should have outlets on them with handles/knobs that let you turn them on and off. If these are not present and you dont want them then its fine to block them off - and yes - you will get more flow to the front with them closed.
