I'm running a dodgy 009 at the moment with 34ICT's but otherwise stock.

I say dodgy 009 as it's knackered so I'm after something new and brill!!!

You guys running vacume advance dizzy's and 34ICT's (easy) which model do you have and are you running an anti pulse valve?

Does your set up work well??

Any help much appreciated ta.

Go for a standard bosch vac advanced one. I dont have an antipulse valve as it doesnt seem to need it. Runs like a dream **touches wood!** and gives a great increase in performance. Had a 009, chucked it straight in the bin cos it was plop! 8)

Have you considered 123ignition? I wonder if anyone here has opinion or experience on it?

theres a thread on it here somewhere....

there are various makes but if your running a 1600 with twin 34ICTs the standard vac advance dizzy will run as well as anything else you can buy.

Where's the best place to buy a really decent vacume dizzy in that case??

I've thrown away 2 really crap 'classic' chinese junk rubbish **** 009's as they were practically untimeable!!

Same as Easy, a good bosch vacum advance unit with no anti pulse widget fitted, idles lovely, not lumpy at all and no hesitation when pulling away from junctions, the bugbear of 009's
