I hate you! but have a great time, why cant my gf make me go see them, instead I was nice by getting to take that tickets and I have to go....BOOOOOOOO!

Still least she will love it! :D

Have fun fella.

Would have had them tickets off you if I could get the time off work, up to my eyes in it at the moment though with the new restaurant opening. :D

Shaggy, take that

shaggy loves take that!

boys n girls Pearl jam rocked and they played alive which made my day/week/year! :D

best bit was being stageside, we were about 40 foot from the band. i got home at 2am hot, sweaty and exhausted but it was worth it
Idlewild the support band rocked as well

all in a great night even if it did take over 2 hours to get home

Sounds like a good night dude. I'd love to see Alive or Daughter performed live. Definately my favourite songs by them.

yeah it was a pretty awesome night, Alive came on the radio this afternoon....air guitar a go go!

I was there too! It was a pretty awesome gig, certainly the best Pearl Jam one I've been to. I've been waiting years for them to play Crazy Mary here and they finally did it.

I went too and what a fantastic time i had. We got to london about 2:00 and began drinking around wembley. Spent quite a bit of dough in the blue bar that played PJ videos on the screens.

I wasnt too bothered about idlewild so missed most of their set. PJ were ace as usual, perhaps not the best i seen them but awesome nevertheless.
A lesson to all the people who think they need MASSIVE amps for a big sound. Stone mostly used a 40w fender deluxe

A quick dash over to the tube, and a 20 min ride we arrived at our hotel in covent garden. A change of shirt and squirt of smelly stuff we hit some bars. To top the night/morning off i managed to pull a somewhat stupid girl by asking if she ever kissed a lad from birmingham :D

Next morning we dossed around london for a while, had a wander around camden and had a look down carnaby street.

Oh dear, work tomorrow

sounds like good times all round then!
idlewild were much better than i expected, definatly a "live" band :D

the only thing i would say is that the sound could have been better, sometimes it was more like white noise but it could have been where i was... or im getting old

Your getting old dude.

When I saw them last year there were doing some really cool old stuff, Green disease was a total surprise but amazing!

That's what makes them great for me at times, they can still amaze you after all these years.

cheeky bugger!
i just thought the sound quality could have been better but thats a techs job, PJ were awesome

being right under a stack of speakers probably didnt help

i didnt feel old at the gig, no one was under about 25 where i was!
