Most and least mileage covered???

OK I will start the ball rolling.

Now into the 7th year of ownership and covered a grand total of around 165 miles (under its own steam) - not including the trip to the garage on the back of the low-loader.

So that give me less than 24 miles per year - do I hold the record for the least (should think for length of ownership I should :mrgreen:

Look !!! I`m really sorry dude,, but you`re gonna win this hands down. I did 1200miles the weekend I put the new engine in, and fannied about up in Lincoln and wandered about down here when I got back. I`m more about messing about in my bus when I`m somewhere,, not at home. If you are into just looking at the bus and not driving then you`re winning again. I just think,,,,,,,, lets get it on the road for the summer and work on my bus when it`s all Icy and there`s sod all to do anyhow

Andy, I think I take your crown for the least miles covered. Had mine 4 years and I bought it from a guy about 4 miles away from my house so that's 1 mile per year ( if you don't count pushing it backwards and forwards in the garage :lol: )

Mind you , once the beast is back on the road it's going to be my daily driver and I've got a lot of European trips in mind so hopefully I'll be making up for lost time/miles.....

Iv done 2200 miles in the last 6 weeks , bug jam and back 800 miles & holiday round wales and back 1400 miles .

I do have a late bay though so it's a lot easier to rack up the miles

Why do you think it's easier to rack up those miles in a late bay? I've done just short of 20,000miles in the split over the last 2 years :? and was the daily for 18months of that through 2 winters...no harder than in the '73 Westy I had before as a daily through 4 winters.

In that case I could enter the crewcab, other than the few thousand miles in a container, and a few hundred on the back of a trailer, it hasn't turned a wheel under it's own power since the 90's :lol:

thanks..it has lots of stone chips now..but i do beleive in driving and enjoying them
