Hello
I had some new tyres fitted to the rear of my westy last night to our suprise the old ones where different widths,She is driving so much better now pulling along in each gear as it should.
so any one buying a import or new van check the tyers.
All thats needed now is the 4th of next month to come around t2d here i come. :p

:x I had the same issue with my CA import westy
One Rear tyre was 185/14 the other 205/14.
MOT guys passed it as the tread was ok but I would
have thought it was illegal to have different tyre sizes
On the same axle?

Funny thing....I got t2d to sort me out as well, lack of funds only
Got me an adjustable beam one day lowering job, and BRMs with
low profiles.

What you having done?

Your tester dropped a Bollock there, should be matching tyres on an axle.
Sorted now though

Hello
Same as you one day lowering adjstable beam and new shocks only had the van about a month or so and still need to do other bits i had the front tyres done a few weeks ago 185,55 and now with the 185,65's on the rear the change in driving is unbelivable.

Cheers Simon :)

Nice one Simon,
Enjoy your day and take plenty of reading material or get a local bus into Cambridge and go to the cinema or something, t2d is in the back of beyond.
well worth the grin on your face when you ride on out of the workshop in your lowered bus.
