Olympic challenge

Can I... finish work on time, pack the bus, start it, fill up with petrol, drive from South Derbyshire up the M1, M18 and A1 and reach Darlington in time to watch the start of the Olympic opening ceremony? Or should I have started last Tuesday?

Ive a challenge tonight too. Pick up daughter from her Taekwondo class at 7.30, and then make it to Box Hill in Surrey by 10.00 - the time Ive just found out that the campsite we are booked onto closes tonight ...

Not a chance I reckon :lol: I think they'll be stern words at the gate if they play up! Especially at £40 a night!!

We're going to be camping and watching the road race at Headley tomorrow too, just down route from Box hill, 150 of us camping, not in the van though :roll: They wouldn't let vans on to the field in case it cuts up for the horses after our use...

Camping at Box Hill - has to be THE place to be. Very envious. Will be glued to the TV tomorrow cheering on Cav's dream team.
