The holes have been welded shut and the panel has been airbrushed to blend in the paint

well done!
theres nothing worse than a dude with a tape measure! :lol: :lol:

or someone with a 20mm drill who wanted to put the spare wheel on the front! :roll:

With all roof bars inserted into their loops i began to pull it up ito place

With it clipped along the front screen edge {screen has now been removed}, i put the roof bars up roughly into the correct positions on both sides

Todays effort consisted of trying to get some of the wrinkles out, i also rang custom and commercial just to find out some fitting tips

I have been told by "C n C" that once its fitted ...it will shrink ...but they cant say by how much

I have left it looser at the rear than at the middle because i have to fit the rear roof cupboard, and it will tighten up as i push against it
