I was up at the workshop yesterday and boy oh boy what a beauty!!
I dont think Russ is ever going to let you have POE back its looking sooooo cool!

Just a few more picture updates

here is what happened to the ignition ...slightly fried

steering column back in and pedals

Started to flat the paintwork back with 2000 grit wet and dry and start the polishing

As i have already explained to Andy on the phone...i managed to scratch the front panel

But its resprayed now....and polished......what do you think ??

I just thought i would put this one on because i like it...rear bumper and exhaust fitted

Here is todays progress..... dont get too excited Andy !!

Pipework and vents in

Speedo head unit fixed in place, complete with heater and cold air controls
Washer bottle, brake fluid resevoir and steering wheel

Seats and rubber covers in

Gearstick and old rubber mats fitted

Just before i left this evening

Here are the photos andy as we talked about on the phone

The thrust bearing lost one of the clips and jumped off its carrier in the impact, unfortunately it bent the carrier

Russ is having gearbox problems at the moment, who'd of thought a front end crash would cause gearbox problems :?
After the incident I was taken away in an ambulance, Helen said the recovery guy was having problems getting Poe out of gear to drag her on the truck, I think this is where the damage to the gearbox took place.
