well after a few have you have been asking for photos ive decided to finally start the thread.had the van a week or so and havent really got much done.got it from graham at MEB and love it.m code sais december 69 ..

got the gearbox off..

oredered all new seals for the engine.its a 1600 twinport and will stay standard for now

got the front covered up from the elements when it arrived..

found this..

le scuttle...

ive only managed 30 mins on the scuttle so far :?

started the cab floor

cut more out in the end..

just the 2 little holes on the left to do

got a good 2nd hand valance and some aerosols mixed up..

attacked the bottom outer panel on sun afternoon whilst the rain stopped..

cut all this out,about 3.5 inches sqaure and welded it up
quick skim and a bit of playing...

not perfect match but iam happy for now will more than likely do a bit more to it in time :lol:

bloody honeycombs everywhere i look!!

rear corner dent..

5 mins with a dolly and hammer...

and iam alot happier
