Really really bad Mpg

Lots of hill driving in 2nd / 3rd gear uses lots of fuel. I reckon a straight run should return 23mpg if all is well with your set up.

and i'd time it up at 32 or 33 degrees


nothing wrong with a 009

if you don't know where the vac hose goes on the carb its the one which is covered off usally with a short bit of pipe with a screw in it (in my experience) and if its not covered off then that's another on your list to fix!
