T2d lowering service open day 4th April

I have just been on the phone to Paul at Type 2 detectives with regards my bus being lowered using their new dropped spindle system.

My van will be used a demo for all to see how it's done and everyone is welcome to pop down and watch :mrgreen:

It will be having a the new spindles on the front and the rear lowered as much as safely possible while it's there, and I for one can't wait 8)

It will be happening on the 4th of April all day and Paul said it's fine for people to stay outside thier premises in your own vans and maybe make it our own little day out :mrgreen:

So that's saturday 4th April 09, make it a date in your diaries and you never know you might even want it done yourself!

Can't recommend these spindles enough....the ride is like a magic carpet. It actually corners now having been wallowy before. We wouldn't have considered lowering at all had T2D not come up with these unwelded dropped spindles.

Hi folks

Sorry for the lack of posting, we've been super busy but plans are taking place.

The plan is to have a buffet lunch which will cost about a £8, you will need to pre order your food by calling us on 01638 743211. This will give us an idea of who will be showing up on the day and what sort of mayhem we can expect and obviously give us a chance to order the food in from the local party planners.

Overnight camping outside our place is cool by me, but no loo's will be available whilst the shop is shut. There are some woods nearby though!!?? There is a campsite and a B+B within a minute of us too.
