back of the engine back to the right hand side? its the external regulator for your dynamo.

If you had an alternator it would have been removed.

hows your battery? is the dynamo working?

On mine I had an issue because while the ignitiion light went out and I thought it was telling the dynamo to produce power to charge the battery it wasn't.

Run the engine and see f the dynamo is producing power if so check the battery is holding charge.
