Yup - looking good, shame the tyres have to change as you can't beat (in
my opinion  ) og wheels with cosher tyres 8)

Personally I wouldn't change the tyres.

I plan on running full height tyres on my bay, despite being about the same height as yours.

Mine will be going lower soon too :D - full size tyres look awesome filling the wheelarches.

I may be WAAAAAAAAY off the mark but can you not put smart car tyres on which have lower profile ???? correct me if i am wrong

hope you can see `em [/img]

I've heard that, but you loose the full bodied look of the standard 80 ratio tyre

Thanks guys for all the comments! :D 8)

I've used Smart tyres on my bug. Only difference is that a bug has 15" wheels and the stock wheels of a bay are 14". So if you want to use Smart tyres, you'll have to change the wheels too. However, a guy I know has 165/60/r14 tyres in front:

It's not a very clear pic, more pics (of this AWESOME Westy) can be found here. 8)

I think I'll try to find these tyres as well.

Last weekend we've been to Friesland (Freezeland  ) with the bus! 8)
Some pics I took during the trip there:

Things to do:
Get new cushions for the rear seats/bed :?
Fit low profile front tyres
Drop the back a bit
Connect ipod or something like that

Good pictures - but I like the stance (each to ones own  )

Always wondered what those thingy's at the sides of the doors were for - to hold your black bin bag - excellent idea 8)

A 'bit' late, but thanks Easy! :D

Yesterday I've been to the monthly Aircooled Cruise Night.

Around 65 aircoolers arrived at the scene, amongst them 3 EB's.

I've been a bit busy lately, but it's time for another update again, I think.

2 weeks ago I was invited to park my van in the 'historic showroom' of the 'Keverclub Zuid-Holland regiomeeting'.
I took some pics of my display.

A couple of EB's came to the show:

This panel has a Porker 944 brake conversion at the front (and is running on Porker spare steelies). Interesting! 8)

At the end of the show I parked my van next to a standard height crossover. Spot the difference?

Cheeky piccies, love the panel and yours of course! 8)

Thanks EZ! 8)

I forgot one thing in my update:

Last weekend I got my almost unused original Amescador 'out of the back' tent and an original Westfalia awning! The previous owner of the bus still had them and last weekend I was in his neighbourhood so I picked them up.

I'll take some piccies asap!
