That's the side panel clamped and bonded. Will weld it in fully once the adhesive has gone off

Had a few evenings on the van now it's on the ramp. The fronts notched to account for the beam raised and one rear notch is mocked up and looking good

Out of interest, what bushes are they in the beam? I'm about to build a new 40mm raised beam and was going to use the original bearings but using good bushes will make it loads easier.

I need more lows :lol:

Hi mate. I bought this beam with the bushes already in but the last beam I built and used these bushes and they are fine. Would definitely make life easier for you

And some more on the back. Both notches chopped out and gearbox mount for 85mm engine raise. Hopefully get the engine in and on its wheels to check everything clears

From machine7 pal. I'm pretty sure you just need to ask for the ones for a split beam

That looks mint, the airevalley beam is a real piece of engineering. Can't believe how well you've straightened this bus out!
