Really not happy with how this has been going so had a few months away from it.
Had a rethink and going to raise the chassis another 100mm to get the wheel back.

She's all clamped to the jig now so I can cut the front and rear out and make what I want. Hopefully get cracking tomorrow chopping out

This is what I've come up with for the front. Raising a 50mm raised beam another 100mm and also will have the tie rod notches accounted for in it at the same time

Phew - some serious fabrication work going on here.

Quite a bit of progress recently.
Rear notches have been redone with hydro mount on.

Also chopped the entire front out to make way for a monster beam raise.

Next we put the chassis back in higher temporary to see how well thy hydraulics now worked

Very happy with where the wheel now sits and how easily it went up and down.
Next was to design a new chassis.

It's all ready to be tigged up and installed this week hopefully.

Come to the conclusion that there is no nice way of getting round the fuel filler and tubs so going to have to move it
