While flicking though my cool air i saw the CB performance maxi 3 oil pump. What a good idea, it allows you to run full-flow oil system without having to drill an tap the oil ways in the crankcase. Has an inlet and outlet on it. As my bay is an everyday, hard working bus i'm considering it and having an external oil cooler and maybe a spin off filter. Does any 1 have any knowledge or opinions with these pumps?

never fitte done but ive heard good things. been consdering one myself when i get my crewcab on the road as that will be a daily and pickups and 3rd cylinders dont seem to get on well

Yeah i thought about the bar, i read abit more and it will clear it, but won't on a cross over or a late bay

it will fit you just need a 45 degree take off to miss the support bar, but do yourself a favour and get proper hydraulic hoses fitted with crimp ends etc, I keep the price of oil up the on past weekend after spliting a pipe twice and having to abandon a trip after fitting cheap oil lines, luckly the engine didn't get damaged
