As long as you take your time and not heavy handed its fairly simple, i kinda held it with my feet and gently bent it. Not the most technical method but it worked, only thing i bent it the wrong way with the larger side facing down not the thinner side :roll: . Seb.

Yeah just do it gently with your foot holding it down and bend a small bit at a time.

I still want to try using a rolling pin to smooth it all out once its installed, but I've been saying that for 2 years and still haven't got round to it.
