Simple question (I'm a bit of a duffer) how do I remove the chrome trim off my headlamps? They have three screws, the large one comes out the other smaller ones rotate but don't appear to 'bite'. When large screw removed does it need a bit of force? And if so how do you do this without scratching paintwork, thanks jon

then big screw is the only screw that holds the head lights in

the 2 other screws are for light adjustment

once you have undone the big screw you need to push the light towards the out side of the van as it is held in by a small lip on the chrome rim that sits under a lip on the front pannel

hope that helps

Hi ya Jon

Its a common problem on Ebs as the headlights stick in there buckets . the best bet is to place your left on the front of the headlight and give the rim a hard thump from the palm of your right hand . If this doesnt do it, it will loosen it so be careful when you remove your right hand, take a large flat bladed screwdriver and wrap the end in a cloth so not to mark the paint .
Then remove the large cross headed screw in the middle and gentle lever the headlight down the edge of the rim ( Using the cloth as protection of the paint ) next to where the large screw was and it should just pop out of the bucket. Thats why you place your spare hand over the lense to catch the headlight ;)
