My bus came with no heater cables connected to the exchangers when I bought it. I've just been wedging open the exchanger flaps on a cold day

Where in the cab do the cables go down through? Near the handbrake?

Also, do they just go through pipes in the bus' bodywork from front to rear?

Cheers lads.

Yes and yes to both questions. Out of the back of levers, down the back of the 'fresh-air box' behind the front panel, through the botto of the front valance and out under the van. The cables then head turn 90 degrees and head past the bottom of the hand-brake pivot and in to the tubes which then come out near the heat exchanger levers.

Hope that makes sense.

Cheers Steve, I think I get you.

When you say "out the bottom valance" are there small grommets or something for the cables to go through the cab floor?

I'm not near the bus at the moment so can't check for myself.

Cheers.
