I'm only doing the interior, It needs a fresh coat of paint, but that will have to wait untill next year.

I will say something though, now that I have insulated the sliding door, it shuts with a lovely clunk, like a modern VW, It makes me smile every time

Nafe, there is only one thing to say about fitting that headlinig, its a twat of a job, simple!

the rear is easy as its covered by the upper shelf, the front doesnt curve that much, and it held in my screws.

the headlining in my bus is pretty mullered with rips and is very brittle. would like to put a temp headlining or sorts in for this summer, but not sure whether it will be worth it or what to put up there

Started doing some work on my engine today, Plans include, Fitting an alternator, swapping the 009 dizzy for a VW dizzy and a lick of paint.

so I started with this

and a short while later I had this

Does anyone know what this plate is? apparently the engine was from a ex army crewcab, would this plate be anything to do with that ?

and has anyone got a spare pump like this? I would like to have a Guenuine VW one as a spare.
